Amonst the Living

  I will be back!  I would like to continue on with my life as a blogger.  There is so much going on that I am excited about and I hope to blog our progress! 

Life is getting back to normal after Ike.  Things are still a nasty mess in places but its really just part of the scenery now.  Clean up may take a few years.  Yes, this was just as bad if not worse than Katrina but we didn't get the coverage Katrina got.  Communities helping each other is not nearly as excting as raping, pillaging and shooting but its definitely the better way to be.

Amazingly we got SNOW!!!!  Only three months after Ike, snow sprinkled down on our hurricane damage.  Its unbelievable!  Don't know if this has ever happened!
