Scary Day.....

This accident happened just a few miles from me.....The BP Refinery Explosion  I have several clients that work there!  I hope they are all okay.

Also, tonite in boot camp a jogger got run over.....NOT in our group, but another jogger.  Life flight had to come and everything, and we kept having to jog past the bloody spot and his hat and sunglasses on the ground and stuff.  All in all not a good day.  But I think our instructor was freaked out because he was the first EMT on the scene.  So he didn't have us killing ourselves today since their was already a death on the premises.....

Weird day.

Crazy *uckers

This is just crazy.  I don't get it.  This story is just insane.  How far does it need to go?  As a nation we will have no more rights or privileges....no privacy...nothing if you people can't get it together.  Listen...get it to freakin gether okay?  Jeez.  Now we have resorted to cutting out babies, killing our judges or their families,  killing "your baby mama", shooting kids in class.  Its like their is always a rash of violent behavior along the same lines.  What the hell is wrong with you people.  GET IT TOGETHER.  We have the best country to live in and you want to go and ruin it with your odd behavior.  Jeez.  I mean who does this stuff?  You can be married to your husband for years and then he decides to kill you because the baby you are carrying is really annoying.  Or maybe you can't get pregnant yourself so maybe you should just go carve a baby out of someone else.  Everyday it seems the crimes get weirder and more extreme.  What the hell?  I just don't get it. 

Next time you leave the house you will be subjected to every kind of search known to man.  Leave no garment unturned.  I went thru the airport the other day in a mini skirt and tall boots with high heels.  Apparently it was fun for the security guards to have me take my boots off.  In a skirt.  While other people are out being hideously violent and carving out peoples pancreas's....I am amusing two guards by trying to get tall boots off in a mini skirt.  Cute.  Real freakin cute.  While the real freaks just walk on by.  Wake up people.

Baby with two heads

This is absolutely the weirdest thing I have ever seen. Baby with two heads.   Oh lord, that's freaky.  I watched a little video and I could see the other heads eyes blinking and stuff.  Um, does it have a fully functional brain?  Was is living?  What did they do with it after they took it off?  Kill it?  Put it in a jar?  If it stayed alive I guess it would have been like a lap dog or something.  You know, a Lap Baby.  You could change its outfits and stuff. 

Absolutely, with out a doubt just freakin weird. 

Hunter S. Thompson

wow.  a little surprised to see this.  Hunter S. Thompson  I mean, kinda not surprised because of the shit that went on it this guys head...but then kinda surprised because you would think after 67 years he would have figured shit out.  I mean, who kills themself at this age?  Is this common?  Lots of younger people commit suicide, because they think they are so unique, so unconventional that they will never make it....middle age people kill themself because they have gotten themself into a bind and see no way out at their age...but at nearly 70?  It seems so odd.  Was he troubled?  Tired of living?  Guess we will never know.

Go now and watch Fear and Loathing in his memory.  I will.

This kind of stuff never happens to me.

This is crazy.  This would never happen to me in a million years.  I need this money so back!  Of course don't we all.  But I will think twice next time I see a ticket laying on the ground.  I always see them, too.  And I think, Surely that person looked at that lottery ticket and realized it was not a winner, then threw it on the ground.  Next time I will atleast pick it up and check!

Dumb Business Moves!

Just got thru reading the list!  101 Dumbest Business Moves (of 2004)  Some of these are just so funny!  Though I admit I was surprised by the Pepsi Edge/C2 thing.  I actually like C2.  I don't drink very many of them though, just when I need the yummy sweetness!

The one about the spanking is pretty funny too, but come ON.  How dumb do you have to be!!!!

Yes, I am awake at 7:30am.  Its a rarity.  I really wish I could do it every day.  But I just loooooove to sleep.  And since it takes me all damn night to fall asleep it is very hard to get up.  But so, I am up.  And heading off to the gym.  CAN YOU BELIVE IT?  I keep hearing how morning cardio is supposed to burn fat faster, so that is what i am going to do.  morning cardio, then take a pilates class...then go back at 5'oclock today and do more cardio and then lift weights.  sounds good to me!
